Our asset tagging solutions is well-developed to help clients recover their investment quickly through theft deterrence, efficiency improvements, and increased resource management We help clients to deploy asset tagging best practices to:

    Assets that need tags include;


    Inventory: Our retail clients enjoy real-time, detailed visibility into their inventory and ensure accurate physical inventory counts, implement controls to eliminate stock outs and write-offs, manage supply chain as well as monitor inventory trends and stock levels to improve working capital.


    Computers and peripherals: Laptops, desktops, monitors, external hard drives, and more are listed in this category. In the long run, tagging and tracking these items helps you see the big picture and make purchasing decisions based on how assets are used.


    Office equipment: Capital items such as phones, printers, TVs, and conference equipment should be tagged to help track expenses for accounting and tax purposes.

The larger of these appliances have a significant cost and have specific maintenance requirements. Tracking these items will help account for costs, depreciation, and ensure that maintenance is performed when needed.

    Our asset tagging technology forms include:

    • QR codes Since QR codes are smartphone-friendly, these are the fastest rising and most distinctive form of labels. They usually consist of a box contrasted against a black background.
    • Barcodes These are the traditional horizontal identifiers that have been relied upon in retail establishments for decades. While demanding low initial costs, they can store less information than QR codes.
    • RFID The acronym stands for Radio Frequency Identification, which means the labels are scannable from inside an object. They rely on an electromagnetic field to beam their data to the receiver. RFID is most appropriate for access control, vehicles, and material tracking. If your pet is microchipped, RFID technology is at work


    We use a variety of materials to print asset tags such as metal, polyester, plastic, vinyl and paper among others.
    Metal (anodized aluminum) tags are the most common and are generally preferred due to their durable nature.


    We also provide tags with various adhesives at different costs, for example self-sticking adhesive and acetone activated adhesive.

    • Pre-tagging verification In case our client do not have an existing asset register or even the estimate of the assets that require tagging in various categories, we assist in verification for the purpose of estimating the number of assets in various asset classifications. This helps us to ascertain the number of tags that are required in the asset tagging process.
    • Asset Register Development During asset tagging details of the assets are gathered; name, serial number, location, department, custodian, picture among others and compiled to an asset register
    • Assets that require tagging All loose assets such as computer and accessories, machinery and tools, office equipment, furniture and fixtures, motor vehicles among others
